II. General Provisions These Regulations define the rules for the operation and use of the Service and set out the rights and obligations of Service Recipients and the Service Provider in connection with the use of the Service. The subject of the Service Provider’s services is to provide free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Recipients to access content such as posts, articles, audiovisual materials, web applications, and electronic forms. IV. Registration Conditions and Rules Service Recipients can use the Service without registration. Each Service Recipient may only have one account.

VIII. Changes to the Regulations These Regulations may be unilaterally changed by the Service Provider at any time without providing a reason. Registered users will be notified by e-mail. Changes take immediate effect for non-registered users and after 7 days for registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes implies full acceptance.
IX. Final Provisions The Service Provider will strive to ensure uninterrupted service but is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, unauthorized interference, or third-party activity.
