I. General Terms Regulations – these regulations Service – the “UES Sp. Z o.o” online service, operating at https://uesmed.com Service Provider – the company “UES Sp. Z o.o”, with its registered office at: ul. Strażacka 21d/7, 35-312 Rzeszów, NIP: 8133883729 Service Recipient – any individual gaining access to the Service and using services provided by the Service Provider via the Service. Electronic Communication – Communication between parties via electronic mail (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website.

II. General Provisions These Regulations define the rules for the operation and use of the Service and set out the rights and obligations of Service Recipients and the Service Provider in connection with the use of the Service. The subject of the Service Provider’s services is to provide free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Recipients to access content such as posts, articles, audiovisual materials, web applications, and electronic forms. Any content, articles, and information of an advisory nature published on the Service are general information only and are not addressed to individual Service Recipients. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by the Service Recipients. The Service Recipient assumes full responsibility for the use of the materials made available through the Service, including compliance with applicable law. The Service Provider does not guarantee the usefulness of any materials posted on the Service. The Service Provider is not liable for any damages incurred by Service Recipients or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risk associated with the use of the Service, particularly regarding the use and application of information posted on the Service, lies with the Service Recipient.

III. Terms of Use of the Service Use of the Service by Service Recipients is free of charge and voluntary. Service Recipients are required to read and accept these Regulations and its integral documents to continue using the Service. Service Recipients may not use any personal data obtained from the Service for marketing purposes.

Technical requirements for using the Service:

  • A device with a display capable of showing web pages
  • Internet connection
  • Any web browser that complies with W3C standards and supports HTML5
  • JavaScript enabled
  • Cookie support enabled

For the security of the Service Provider, Service Recipients, and others using the Service, all Service Recipients should follow generally accepted online safety practices.

The following actions, whether by the Service Recipient or via software, are prohibited without written consent:

  • Decompiling or analyzing the source code
  • Actions that cause excessive server load
  • Attempts to detect security vulnerabilities or server configurations
  • Uploading or injecting code, scripts, or software that may damage the Service software or compromise other users or the Service Provider
  • Uploading or injecting code to spy or steal data
  • Any attempt to damage or disable the Service or prevent it from fulfilling its intended purpose

In the event of a cybersecurity incident or GDPR violation, Service Recipients should promptly report it to the Service Provider to eliminate the threat and protect all Service users.

IV. Registration Conditions and Rules Service Recipients can use the Service without registration. Registration and an account are required to access additional services available only to logged-in users. Registration is voluntary and free of charge. Each Service Recipient may only have one account.

Technical requirements for registration:

By registering, users consent to the processing of their personal data entered during registration and any future modifications or deletions. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts at its discretion, especially in cases of regulation violations, unlawful actions, or harm to the Service Provider or others. Services may be changed, expanded, suspended, or restricted at any time by the Service Provider without users’ right to object.

Additional security rules regarding account use:

  • Users may not share login credentials with third parties
  • The Service Provider will never ask for a user’s password

Account deletion:

  • Users can delete their account from the panel after logging in
  • Account deletion removes all identifying information and anonymizes username and email

V. Communication and Other Services Provided Through the Service The Service offers tools for interaction:

VI. Collection of Data on Service Recipients To properly deliver services and ensure compliance with law, the Service collects and processes certain user data.

  • Logged-in users may have a cookie with a unique account identifier

VII. Copyrights The Service and copyrights belong to the Service Provider. Some materials are protected and used under license from third parties.

According to the Copyright Act of February 4, 1994, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce, or store materials in search engines (except Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, LinkedIn) without written or electronic consent.

Simple press information not enriched with commentary is not protected and may be reused.

VIII. Changes to the Regulations These Regulations may be unilaterally changed by the Service Provider at any time without providing a reason. Registered users will be notified by e-mail. Changes take immediate effect for non-registered users and after 7 days for registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes implies full acceptance.

IX. Final Provisions The Service Provider will strive to ensure uninterrupted service but is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, unauthorized interference, or third-party activity.

The Service Provider reserves the right to:

  • Modify any information without prior notice
  • Temporarily or permanently shut down the Service without notice
  • Transfer rights and obligations related to the Service without user consent
